About:Mutianyu Great Wall

I am currently living in Shijiazhuang and I plan to take the fast train to Mutianyu

And hoping to find a hotel in a nearby city...or is Beijing the best option?

Yes, Beijing is the closest city from Mutianyu. However, there are also some hotels under the Great Wall.
