Uk citizen looking for 3 month Tourist visa

Uk citizen looking for 3 month single entry tourist l for China. I was hoping to submit application in Tokyo/Osaka. If I make appointment and do express how long will it take and what is the cost?

It usually takes four working days for the processing. You may need to pay JPY8000 for the application.

Do they usually accept? I have read sometimes they reject. I have no “strange” countries and not traveling through border states with a full itinerary with flights in and out
