About:Chinese Consulate in Auckland

When applying Visitor visa for family should every on be present the visa centre in auckland?

Also planning to transit through Shenzhen for 3 days while coming back to NZ. Is this visa on arrival or should i apply in advance?

You can find someone else to do that on your behalf if you cannot go to the center in person. You need to apply for a visa for Shenzhen before your departure.
