HOLIDAY IN CHINA

Hi. On July 15 I leave from Milan to Hong Kong with a stopover in Finland.
I will spend some days in HK until July 21st.
On July 21st I'll leave HK to Shanghai (HONGQIAO INT. AIRPORT) (expected arrival time 12:05 am)
On July 26tH I'll leave Shanghai (PUDONG INT. AIRPORT) to Milan with a stopover in Finland (expected departure time 09:20 am). I'm I eligible for 144 hours Free Transit since my trip is MILAN-HK....... HK-SHANGHAI.....SHANGHAI-MILAN and my arrivaldeparture airports in Shanghai are different? Thks in advance
