About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24 Hours TWOV Leave the airport

Hi,
I have about 20 hours of layover in Xiamen.
I would like to use free accommodation provided by airline. Can I use 24hrs TWOV and leave the airport to go to the hotel?

If you would travel like country A-Xiamen-country B, you can use 24hrs TWOV and leave the airport to go to the hotel.
