About:China Work Visa

Kindly, tell me which kind of visa suits me and how can i apply for it?

Hi, I am a fresh master degree graduate student in China. My student x will expire within upcoming two months. However, i am opening a company here along with my Chinese partner to establish new business. Unfortunately, i don't know which kind of visa i can apply now and how and from where i can get the relevant information and applying procedure. Kindly, suggest me which type of entry permit should i apply and from which concerned authority i can contact. Thanks in advance

If you will work in mainland China, you are supposed to apply for work Z type. If you are currently in China, you can go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to inquire the details.
