About:How to Travel between Beijing and Tianjin

Tianjin cruise port to Beijing centre

Am i right in saying taxi from Tianjin port terminal to Tianjin train station then Bullet train to Beijing South is quite easy to travel speaking only English ? Is it easier to book taxi before arriving in port ? Can we buy return tickets on the Train ? Can we turn up to the railway station without booking ? Does the metro highlight tourist places of interest so you know where to get off? Can we buy a daily metro pass ? Which places can anyone suggest should be done first day ? How can we get to the wall on day Two from port or Beijing south railway station ?

1. Well, as I know, the staff can speak simple English. Thus maybe it won't be that difficulty to communicate.
2. Yes, you can ask help for the staff and easily book a taxi before you arriving at the port.
3. You can also purchase the return train.
4. You are advised to book the train tickets in advance.
5. The metro line 3 passes Five Great Avenues and Radio & Television Tower, Water Park.
6. You can purchase the one day metro transportation card.
7. In Beijing, you can tour around Tian'anmen Square, Summer Palace, Wangfujing Street and Temple of Heaven.
8. Do you refer to Great Wall? If yes, take Badaling Great Wall as an example, take subway line 4 to Xuanwumen, change to line 2 to Jishuitan, go out Exit B2 and walk to Deshengmen to take bus 877.
