which type of visa I need and the fee

Good day,
Please, could you let me know If I am a crew member of Norvegian Cruise Line and I have to sign on the vessel in Shanghai

If this is your work trip, maybe you can apply for crew C type. You can contact the visa office to inquire that beforehand.
