Please help where I can process for a tourist visa to China and what are the requirements needed

Where I can apply for a tourist l bound to China here in Cebu City and what are the requirements needed for a tourist l for my reference, need your help, Thank you

You need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with 2 passport-style photos, your passport and its photocopy, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation, your travel plan, bank statement, tax certificate, identity card, as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary.
