Visa for people with Irish passport who live in England

I want to visit China as a tourist and I have an Irish passport and live in England (born in London). Can I apply online and make an application in person at the Chinese embassy in London or do I have to go to Dublin?

Hi, it's possible for you to apply visa from the CVASC in London. You can have a try.
