What should I do with my career?

Hi, I am born in 1st nov 1994, 2pm. I found that my lucky element is water but the favourable element for my career is fire. So, these 2 clashes right? I am currently working as a graphic designer but I am no longer have much interest in it. Should I do something related to water to enhance myself? Won't this clash with my career?
