where do we meet when we arrive in beijing?

We are interested in SG08: 9 Days Small Group Tour of Beijing - Xi'an - Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin, my question is where do we meet when we arrive in Beijing? Except for the cities mentioned, we also plan to go to Shanghai and Hong Kong, can you arrange for us? Thanks :)
