About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Stopover. Hi i am from philippines having a flight Philippines-moscow..

but i have stopover in Guanzhou for 10 hrs do i need a visa entry permit?

You don't need a visa. If you are travelling on one ticket then you can stay airside for a simple international-to-international connection at Guangzhou.
