About:China Family Reunion Visa

i have son his father is a chinese but we didnt get marriage can i together with my son get Q1 visa

His father want to reunion to his son which is my son and his son, he is 9 months old. Me and his father not get marriage we can apply Q1 together ?

Maybe you can apply for Q type if your son has Chinese passport. You can contact the visa office to inquire the details.

Anyway he have only Philippines passport
