Hello I’m steve Cameroonian passport holder

I want to know if it’s possible for me to apply for Chinese student x while I’m in visit in Singapore

If you have valid residence permit or visa in Singapore, you could apply for student X type from the CVASC in there.

Vera but the problem is my country doesn’t need visa to get in Singapore so I don’t have any resident permit or visa
