About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Philippine Visa with France Residency availing for 24 hr Transit Visa

Hi,
Me (Philippine passport holder resides in France) and my French husband will visit Philippines with an eight (8) hour lay-over in Shanghai. What's the best advice you can give me for me to take the chance to have a quick tour in Shanghai?
I have a visited HongKong and Macau before already but they are free transit.

If you want to leave Shanghai airport, you are advised to apply for a visa beforehand.
