About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

I am going to China on 1st March. Duration of each stay is 15 days, counted from the day after entry

It means that the last day is 16th March as travelchinaguide said. But when I contact to China Embassy in Vietnam, visa consultant said that the last day is 15th. So i do not which is right.

If so, you are advised to leave the country before 24:00 of 15th.
