About:Business Hours in China

Dose anybody know about customs?

I send a package 📦 to Shanghai on Jan 31, 2019 and I got an email on feb 4, saying my package is on hold in China and it’s in customs it’s been several days now and I didnt know nothing about my package 😭 do u all think the postal is closed cuz of Chinese New Year? I’m freaking out 🤔

The postal will not be closed during Chinese New Year and you can try to contact the customs to learn more information about that.
