Hello. I am a US citizen. I will be traveling from Kansas City, Missouri USA to Tokyo, Japan on March 9, 2019. On Mar 16, 2019 I will fly to Beijing (PEK), China and arrive at 9:40PM. I will depart Beijing (PEK) March 19, 2019 at 5:30 and fly to San Francisco, Ca. Can I apply for the 72 Free Transit Visa at the Beijing airport? Thank you.
