You can do 24 hour transit without Visa but you might have to stay inside the airport

I don't need to get the 24h visa if I have a return ticket from Philippines to shanghai to jeju and jeju to shanghai to Philippines? Just wanted to make sure that I won't have any problems in my flight..coz i have to stop over in shanghai for 7hrs..

Thanks!☺

It's not a visa, so whether you can leave the airport is up to the immigration officer. However, based on past reports, 7 hours may not be long enough for immigration to grant you entry. If you really want to leave the airport you can apply for a transit visa before traveling.
