renew my visa that expired this January.

Am a student in China back home for an internship.am graduating this June and would like to renew my visa that expired this January.i have all my documents from school,do I need to do the foreign physical examination as I did before?also how long does it take to get my passport back and when can I submit my documents?Thank you

Hi, I think you need to do the foreign physical examination, and you can submit the documents before January.
