Harbin Railway Station to Taiping Airport

Me and my sister want to go to the airport from the railway station (or any area within a 40min walk) around 8am. Is getting a taxi the only option?

No, you can take the shuttle bus from the railway station to the airport. As I know, the operating hours are from 4:20-20:00 with the frequency of 30 mins.
