About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Can I get a transit visa in China ?

I was travelling from ktm to sydney before 2 month and had a transit in kumming but accidently miss the. Flight and I bought the next ticket to Nepal for 3rd day
through chendu but my visa was already expired and I paid 1000 rmb as a fine to China immigration but they didn't extent my visa on passport can I still travel through China

You will be banned from entering the country without a valid visa (also known as a TWOV ban) for 5 years, so unless it's air-to-air transfer without clearing immigration (only available in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou when not switching terminals) you will need a visa.
