Can an existing Chinese working be merged with a new passport due to orignal passport being lost
Chinese Working z is current. Can the existing working z be merged with a new passport or is a new application (working z) required due to new passport.
If possible to merge new passport with existing working z how long does it take to do. Is it possible to pay additional fees to have this done, is possible to extra additional fees to have it fast tracked before Chinese year as the Chinese Embassy is closing on the 4th Feb.
