About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Can I apply for Chinese student x in macau or HK
I’m from Kazakhstan and I need to apply for Chinese student x2 and I wanted to do it in hk or macau and I’m wondering if I can do that without abi problems

It would be possible for you to apply from the office of the commissioner of the ministry of foreign affairs of PRC in HK SAR or Macau. If you are worried, you can contact the visa office to confirm that beforehand.
