Fenghuang {Phoenix} village Hunan from Chongqing City?

Fenghuang village from CQ City how can i get there is there a bus?

I heard that there is no direct public transportation. Thus you are suggested to take a train to Tongren first. Then transfer to a long-distance bus to Fenghuang.
