How to get to Holiday Inn Express Xi'An Bell Tower, No 70 Nandajie, Beilin District,

I will arrive at XIY airport at 22.30pm, allowing for immigration etc, will I be able to catch the airport shuttle bus ? If so, where to board the shuttle bus, go by which route and stop off where please.
If not by bus, than the taxi, where and how etc.
