Do application for residence permit under Q1 require submission of certificate of no criminal record

Hi, i am a Singapore citizen and my wife is PRC citizen. I left China for 2 months and recently applied for Q1 visa. My question : Do i need to submit certificate of no criminal record for my residence permit application to the PSB upon arrival?

If the no criminal record is required by the local PSB, you need to provide it. You can contact them to inquire that.
