About:Chinese Embassy in Germany

Visa application. I am from Philippines

currently working in Germany .Next month i will travel to Taiwan for 9 days,i have my connecting flight to China.Do i need visa for China?

My connecting flight is in Changsha (CSX) airport,i will be there only for 5 hours ,2x arrival and departure.Do i need visa application in China even just 5 hours in the airport?

You don't need visa. You can apply 24h twov at the airport.
