Hi! Can someone collect my tickets on my behalf at the counter

if they are able to present a scanned copy of my passport or an image of my passport on the phone? Thanks!

To collect the paper tickets, original passport is a must. So you have to offer your passport to the one who collect the tickets for you. A copy of image would not work.
