About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I get a 24 hour transit visa in advance

I have heard there can be delays at the transit airport in getting this. Would like to get it before I leave both for outward flight and return flight Sydney Australia to London Heathrow via Guangzhou

It's not a transit visa. It's transit WITHOUT visa. If you want to get a visa in advance, you can apply in your country before you travel at the embassy, but that is a visa and you have to pay.

I meant a twov Is there a form I can complete before I travel to save lining up at the airport and risk missing connecting flight

There's no way to get the form in advance as the airlines do not stack forums, but only arrival cards. If you want to speed up the process you need a transit Visa in advance for a fee.
