144 hours visa. Dear Sirs

i would like to know which options are suitable to get the 144-hours twov:

1) if i buy a return ticket Spain-China as following:
Day 1 (go): Spain-France(scale)-Shangai
Day 4 (come back): Shangai-Holland(scale)-Spain
is that kind of scale inside the ticket valid for the 144h free transit?

2) if i buy a multiscale ticket with 3 flights as following:
Day 1 (flight 1): Spain-Shangai
Day 4 (flight 2): Shangai-Hong kong
Day 4 (flight 3): Hong kong-Spain
I wanted to know if is valid this multicale ticket for the 144 hours transit, or should i buy the "Hongkong-Spain" ticket on the day 5?
