About:How to Apply for a China Visa

I arrive in Shanghai and depart on a cruise ship the following day.

Can I apply for the required visa at Shanghai airport or do I need to apply before I go? Can I get the 24 hour twov?

You can get the 24h twov if you go to a third country or region different from the last one you come from after transiting in Shanghai.
