Duration for the VISA arrangement and impact of chinese new year for the VISA arrangement

Im (Sri Lankan) planning to Visit China for a factory test (three days) in Mid February .How long will it take to arrange entry permit and do i need to stand for any interview to get entry permit .Also please mention impact of chinese new year for the VISA processing time.
