About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I want to apply for student visa to China from South Korea

Hello I'm from cameroun, I'm in South Korea now, I left China to South Korea with tourist entry permit, i was a language student in China my entry permit is expired now, I want to go back to China can I apply for student x without the aliens card registration in South Korea? I have been just postponing my departure date.

If you have valid ARC card or residence permit in South Korea, you can apply for the student X type from CVASC. Otherwise, you cannot do that.
