Going to China for USMLE exam

I want to go to China for 3 day to write an important exam.As a foreign student in Russia, what would I need to provide?

You can apply for visit visa, and prepare your passport and copy of its data page, the application form, a passport-style photo, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation.
