About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hello,

I am living with a residence permit in France, but my nationality is Malagasy i have a transit of 1 hour in Beijing, am i eligible for the 24-hour visa-free entry permit ?

You don't need to do anything if not leaving the airport's sterile transit area. You will simply clear transit security.
