About:Forbidden City Tickets Booking

Is receipt necessary for ticket collection for Beijing Forbidden City?

I have used my gmail account to get the receipt. This account is blocked. Is it necessary to have the receipt to pick up the tickets or is my passport good enough?

Don't worry. As I know, you can use the passport to pick up the entrance tickets.

If you booked your ticket with passport number you passport is you ticket. You don't need to pick up any ticket.
