About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Arrive Paris-Beijing-Sanya & 36 hours later Sanya-Shanghai-Paris

I will Arrive Paris-Beijing-Sanya & 36 hours later leave from Sanya-Shanghai-Paris

Is it possible to enjoy the 72 hours free entry while arriving Beijing??

Or Possible to apply to Sanya 30d free entry?

Or do I need a proper tourist l?

This fails on at least two points. It's not a transit and it's got two stops in China.
