I am going to Bejing and Shanghai April 1 - 12.....what to wear? Hot ?cold ?both?rain?

According to the previous weather statistics, it would be cool and comfortable during that period of time. You are advised to prepare jackets, thin sweaters, long-sleeved shirts, jeans and sneakers.
