About:Hainan 30-Day Visa-Free Access

Can French passport holders living in Hong Kong with visas need to pay visa upon arriving at Hainan?

Sounds complicated to visit there if i make my own booking arrangements to visit with my family (not goung through a local/China agency) :(
Any solution to make life easier visiting the island for French passport holders? Would like to go early next month.

You need to have a visa if you want to go to Hainan on your own. Its not valid for family visits
