About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24 Hour Visa Fee Transit

I am arriving in Beijing (from Russia) at 0500, catching a domestic flight to Guangzhou during the day, then departing Guangzhou (for Australia) at 2120 on the same day. Am I able to use the 24 Hour Free Transit?
