About:Macau Fisherman's Wharf

Atlanta-Seoul-Shanghai-Singapore-Seoul-Atlanta

Our CEO is traveling on March 16 arriving in Shanghai on the 17th at 8:25pm on Korean Airlines after a layover in Seoul. He is then booked on China Eastern Airlines from Shanghai to Singapore on March 20th at 2:35pm. Is he eligible for the 144 hour Visa Free?
