About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Canadian passport-Beijing 144 hour visa free

Toronto-PEK-Feb 24
PEK-Hong Kong-Singapore-Feb 28
Cruise
Hong Kong-PEK-Toronto- March 18
(will not be leaving airport on return)

Would we qualify for the free transit visit on entry to PEK?

Its not a visa but you can use the Visa free transit for your itinerary
