About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am Iraqi living in bangaldesh

Does Iraqis living in Bangladesh are eligible for transit visa ? I am planning to travel from Lao to Baghdad through Ghunagzu or Beijing. just need couple of hours to collect my baggage
