About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

I am going from Shenzhen railways station to Guangzhou east

My agent told me I can collect the tickets from the station using my passport which he used for purchasing my tickets, but he did not provided me any pickup number. Can I collect the ticket without a pickup number?

You do need pick up number for collection as well. You can contact your agent about it. Maybe the email missed or the ticket is not issued yet.

yesterday he gave me a number which starts with E and then nine digits. is this how pickup numbers should be like?
