About:Tax Refund

Can I claim tax rebait on an X2 visa?

I'm a student in China for 2 semesters,
I see the '1. Overseas/Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan visitors should stay in Mainland China for no more than 183 days consecutively to qualify for the tax rebate policy.'
But I have been out of the country after my first 100 days, and plan to leave again next week.
Can I claim tax rebate on my departure?
