Can I bring liquids into China?

I will be travelling to Shenzhen International Airport. Am I allowed to bring ONE clear, re-sealable plastic bag of 100ml bottles of liquid with the total volume not exceeding 1 litre as carry-on into the airport? Granted that the liquids are packed and are accepted on the flight according to my local country's and airline's rules. Will they get confiscated? Or if not, do I need to declare them or not?

Yes, you can take them. It is suggested to declare in advance.
