Cable car in Harbin Sun Island Scenic Area operating times

What time does the cable car start and finish?
Can I come back and 8pm?

Do you also refer to the Songhuajiang Cable Car?
If yes, the operating hours are 08:30-17:45 (Monday - Thursday) and 08:30-18:45 (Friday - Sunday).
