S2 visa, visit psb or not

We are a little confused.
Our daughter has a S2 single entries for 180 days.
Do we need to change the visa in a resident permit at the PSB?
Do we need to register her at the local police office, or can she just stay with us for 180 days.
Thank you.

The S2 cannot be changed into residence permit. She needs to get registered at the local police office.
